This site is operated by Walsall Awards ([TO BE CONFIRMED, legal entity and registered address to be supplied by client]). It exists to promote the Walsall Awards 2026 and collect nominations, sponsorship enquiries, ticket enquiries and general interest sign-ups.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit content that is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful
- Submit content you do not own or have the rights to share
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems
- Use automated means to scrape, copy or interfere with the site
3. Nominations
Submitting a nomination does not guarantee that the nominee will be shortlisted or awarded. All nominations are reviewed by the judging panel. Their decision is final. We may use anonymised nomination content for promotional purposes; identifying details will only be shared with the nominee’s permission.
4. Sponsorship and ticket enquiries
Sponsorship packages and ticket pricing displayed on this site are indicative. A formal agreement or booking confirmation is required before any commitment is binding.
5. Intellectual property
The Walsall Awards name, logo, photography and written content on this site are owned by or licensed to Walsall Awards. You may not reproduce them without prior written consent except as permitted by law.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate, but we make no warranty as to its completeness or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
